✨ Nekd Skincare Updated Cancellation & Deposit Policy At Nekd Skincare, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To continue providing high-quality, personalized services and to protect our time, we are updating our booking policy. Effective 2 January 2026 Non-Refundable Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments. • Deposits are applied toward your total service cost at checkout. • Deposits secure your appointment and the time reserved just for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • If proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred one time to a future appointment. • Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Shows • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit. • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. Arrivals 7 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will result in loss of deposit, as we want to respect all scheduled guests. Illness Policy • If you are sick, feeling unwell, experiencing COVID-like symptoms, or awaiting test results, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
